These lessons feature the reliable LiteDisc™ Reflector being used in various situations demonstrating its versatility and uses, usually in conjunction with other equipment.

LiteDiscs are available in 5 sizes, from 12 inches up to 52 inches, and are reversible (excluding the Translucent models) featuring 5 popular color combinations.
